  • Children of all ages are welcome to ride as passengers, but you must be 18 or older and have a valid ID to rent your own ski. If you need extra space for children please contact us.

  • All jet ski rentals and adventures are accompanied by a staff member (on a separate ski/boat) who will escort you out of our marina and into the bay in our riding area. This is required by law.

  • Damage deposit of $1000 per jet ski required. Must sign Jet Ski Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.

  • For your own safety, please do what our staff says.

  • Idle speed in the creek at all times unless otherwise directed

  • Stay 500 feet away from other boats and jet skis

  • Stay 500 feet away from shore

  • No jumping boat wakes or waves. We know it seems awesome, but it almost always ends in someone getting hurt.

  • Life Jackets and safety lanyard must be worn at all times

  • You will be held responsible for any damage or injury

  • We take safety very seriously. Reckless or dangerous operation will not be tolerated.

What are the age requirements to operate a jet ski alone?

  • All jet ski operators must be 18 years or older with valid ID. Those that are ages 16 or 17 may operate alone only if they possess a valid NY State approved boating license (you must bring the license with you). However, our rental agreement and liability waiver must be completed by a parent/guardian.

How does your damage deposit work?

  • A $1,000 damage deposit (cash or card) is required per jet ski. This rate is non-negotiable. Our Rental Agreement includes a damage identification page where you can mark and write down any damage you see on the jet ski prior to your tour. This page is then signed by you and a staff-member. You will be held liable for any damage.
  • Our damage schedule is as follows:
  • Structural Damage that requires removal from service: $1,000
  • Structural Damage/Gunwale Damage: Up to $500
  • Impeller/Water Pump Damage: $500

How many people can ride on one jet ski?

  • Each jet ski can carry only one operator and one passenger for a total of two people.

Do I need to have any experience?

  • No! Our professionally trained staff teaches you everything you need to know including boating safety, jet ski safety, and proper on-water etiquette.

Are we able to rent your jet skis and take them off-site?

  • Unfortunately due to NY State laws and insurance, we are unable to rent jet skis off-site. However, ask one of the staff about jet skis we have for sale!

Do we have to do a rental or adventure tour? Can’t we just take the jet skis out without supervision?

  • NY State and the towns we operate in have very strict laws for jet ski rental operations. Direct supervision is required, but instead of locking you into a small perimeter we actually take you to awesome, hidden spots. Think of it more as a friend showing you the area! And yes, you do get plenty of time to fool around and really open up the jet skis!

We want to do something custom, is that possible?

  • Absolutely! We can cater to your event or dream jet ski trip! Whether it be a trip to Sag Harbor for lunch or a picnic on the beach, we can make it an adventure you won’t forget!
